hello,

just purchased a used SS hood(non-cowl) for my 72 malibu. does anyone know where the windshield washer jets sit under the hood? can the washer jets from the malibu be used on the SS hood or will i need to get a different style. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I don't know if they are the same from the SS hood to the Malibu hood but the original screw holes should be there.

I think I have a pair of Malibu sprayers if your looking for some.

The sprayers for the SS hood are different than for the standard Malibu. They are available from our sponsor Ground Up.

yes the holes are there. The drivers side sprayer (and they are different) is about 2 inches to the left (from inside the car) of the hood bulge. The pass side is just inside the bulge.
