The ball joint in my lower control arm managed to work its way loose even after I had it professionally pressed in, is there anyway to make it fit snug again or do I have to get another control arm with a smaller opening?

If it actually worked loose from the control arm, I would think the hole would now be egged and would need some work. Myself I dont like to take chances with suspension parts and would replace the arm with a good used one. If you are bucks down and know someone with the right tools I suppose it could be welded up and reground to the right dimension. But I would seriously consider getting another arm, should be $50 or less.

Eddie, What year car? Does it have a disc conversion where the lower ball joint had to be modified? Maybe it was cut to small. At any rate you should find another control arm. There shouldn't be any problems finding one.
