Posted this in performance first by mistake;
I bought some roller tipped rockers new off Ebay and when they showed up they were 1.6 ratio, can I install these with no issues on a bone stock 69 350ci or am I forgetting something? I just don't want to mess anything up.
Thanks.

You'll be fine - did the same thing on mine years ago.

Unfortunatley better performance may result due to the increased valve lift.
On a serious note - check to make sure the increased spring travel is ok with bolth the seal to retainer clearance and the max height of the spring itself. Though if it was a stock cam id say your fine.

One tiny little thing, the 1:6 rockers have the push rod ball socket moved in, that moves the push rods closer to the studs and that almost always will self destruct on a stock motor. The push rods will rub in the hole in the head which is now to small.

another helpfull tip where the ball socket is bolted in drill down that hole in the arm it is too sharp dull it down, if you dont it can damage the rocker arm, you could see up to .200 valve lift on your stock cam. you wont see a whole lot of difference in hp gains, but it sure will help in your mid-range torque
