Is the fan shroud on a 64 with A/C & 300 HP 327 different from other 64's?

I am going to say probably, a club member here has a 64 with A/C and a 283 and has a shroud and my 64 with a 194 and no A/C had no shroud. Maybe RichL79 or someone else can shed some light on this.
