Need a liitle help determining whether this manifold will fit my application.

I'm looking for a nice aluminum GM manifold and came across this on ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1864111772

Will this manifold mount to my 327 with stock heads (040 casting) or are there issues I should know about?

The ZZ intakes fit the older style heads, so it should be fine.
