I posted this a while back but I would like to know if anybody else has seen or own a 70 SS Chevelle with SS above the heater controls.Most,including my own,have Chevrolet written unless you have A/C which then there would be A/C vents.I have seen a few that have SS on this panel.One car was an Atlanta built LS6.I woud like to hear from others.Any experts know about this rarely seen SS panel?

I have never seen "SS" on this panel on any of my 70ss chevelles I have owned, dozen or so...only "chevrolet" unless there was A/C.

My GM parts catalog only shows one. it's the same for "all" 70-72 Chevelle's and MonteCarlo's without air conditioning . Part # 3972004 this number is on the back side
