Does anyone know where I can get the guide plate and attaching bolts for the drivers side window?
Also, what kind of adhesive/glue should I use when putting the glass back in?

Not exactly sure which part you are looking for. I just disassembled all my door/windows from my 67, also quarter glass. I had two busted windows and found replacements through the ads on this site, they came with the guides/rollers intact. As to the hardware inside the door, you may have to get a complete assembly from a junkyard to get what you want. Check Sundells, they have most everything you'd need. The yard list with addresses and numbers is on the team chevelle site somewhere.
