listed, (Cool stuff!) but what does COPO
mean or stand for?

I believe that COPO means Central Office Production Option as opposed to RPO which stands for Regular Production Option. There were many many COPO options available ranging from Yellow Cab yellow exterior to police packages to COPO 427 cars. COPO was a method of making these options available for special applications without openly offering them to the general consumer.
