I used it along time ago like 15 years. It really dried the inside of my carb. Todays fuel would be different. If you need high octane try trick,vp ,sunoco;they are for automotive purposes.

I ran it when I pumped ga at the airport. It ran great in my car.

keep in mind that it's formulated for constant RPM engines running at high altitude. There can be problems with vaporization times and stuff. Some guys just pour it it and run it, for others it's not so simple.

It also cost about $3.30 a gallon.

It was $3.15 when I topped my tank off for $20 last year. What's it cost today? ( this is at a small airstrip though).

It can work, but it stinks like a mofo. As was previously mentioned, it has a lot of additives, mostly to keep it from freezing at high altitude.

Unless youve got some sick killer compression motor, Id stick with what comes out of the pump

Burns very dry not good for a street motor definitly use some sunoco or turbo blue....etc. We used it in a stockcar and it hurt the top end of the motor.

I used to mix a bit with some 94 Sunoco. Ran ok.....but keep in mind... it WILL lean a motor down..ALOT!!!! Causing a lean miss which in turn will produce more cylinder heat!!!! Be very careful!!!! I knew a guy once that caught the grass on fire at a car cruise from the exhaust being hotter then normal, just from running AV gas!!!
No KIDDING!!!!
