I am putting together a 454 for my 70 convertable - trying to determine what the correct pullies are fo non A/C application - for water pump and balancer pullies - I think the lower pully would be correct ending in 290 - not sure what the water pump pulley would be - anyone with the info would help as I have two water pump pullies and not sure which one will be correct.

Assuming you have power steering, the #290 is correct. You'll also need the #402 pulley for the fan and a #509 for the power steering pump.
