Does anyone make a manifold dual kit other than the restoration kits? I would like something like the Dynomax or Hooker header dual kits but for manifolds.

I haven't seen a kit marketed for such an application...

Just curious whats the reasoning behind the differences in these systems? What are you looking for that the "repro" system doesn't offer?

The aftermarket kits will work with the stock manifolds too... You will have to adapt them together though, but this has to be done with headers anyway, since different headers end at different locations... You will have to fab a pipe from the manifold to the begining of the pipes, maybe a little longer than with headersbut needed either way...

Alot of the "restoration" kits will probably be similar to the dynomax setups anyway... It seems the "correct" resto crowd doesn't view the usual resto exhausts as accurate (compared to the originals)... The only big difference between "repro" and dynomax/etc (that I can think of) is possibly overall size (which shouldn't matter with manifolds anyway) and no cross-over pipe (could be added)...

Ground Up (out sponsor) offers complete kits (around $320 with mufflers), or pieces (you could add your own mufflers then)... I think the Dynomax/Hooker/Flowmaster are going to be similar prices...

Price was the big reason why I did not want the restore kit and I like to do my own work so I could bypass the muffler shop. The last time I had exhaust put on cost $100 dollars for a few pipes( my headers, collectors and mufflers) and it was not that good of a job.

Buy manifold lead pipes from Ground Up,etc. Summit Turbos and Flowmaster 2.5" tailpipes.
