what is the correct restoration process? taking the body off the frame first or doing body work first?

If your'e planning on doing a frame off,It's better to do the body work with the body off the frame.It makes it a lot easier to get at places where you normally can't get at with the body on, especialy if you have rust. You'll be surprised at the rust you will find that you never knew existed. it also makes it easier to clean & paint the underside of your floors too.
