I own a 67 SS 454 and would like to install headers. Is there a set of headers that can be easliy installed with little obstruction from the steering shaft and or other components and that can bolt up to a stock exhaust??

I have read that some Shorty / Block Hugger style headers can accomplish this? True??

Currently I have stock manifolds installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually I am building a 66 Chevelle and installing a 502 in it. Headman makes a ceramic coated header that has a great warranty and will fit very nicely. The selection was real slim and this seemed to be the best option for any price. hooker does make a set but they are not ceramic, just paited. Call Jegs (800-345-4545)and speak to one of there tec's. They have been very good on advice unlike the people at Summit who seem to want to get you off the phone as fast as possible. Good luck.
