okay, i keep hearing that if i want to switch to a Performer manifold and keep my holley and not use my 1" spacer that i need to buy the E-brock spacer. i know it seals the area behind the back barrels, but summit says the .060" adapter doesnt work with EDL-2101 in other words, the Performer. whats the deal?

That's what is on my Performer manifold with a square bore Ebrock carb. Should work fine.

You did get the engine from him. Great. Dave is a great guy, we pit together at the races. PVE does good work. I'm well over 100,000 miles on my PVE engine. Still going strong and doesn't use any oil. I'm on my second trans behind it.
