I'm just wondering what could create bubbles in the power steering fluid?

I'm thinking loose connections or a bad hose on the low / suction side will introduce air.

From what I've learned recently dealing with AGR, it is most likely a loose connection sucking air into the system. They say can happen without any fluid leak from the same spot - I would retighten all your connections & see if it helps.

Have you drained the pump at all?? When you refill the pump after draining, you need to turn the wheels back and forth till they stop. It will take a while to get all the air out..

If, however you did not empty it, as stated b4 you prob have a leak.

Yeah, I did empty it out before I put it back on later. I'm guessing that's what it was because the fluid was really low when I checked it after breaking in my cam. I put some more in, turned the wheel back and forth, put more in...etc. I'll have to check it tomorrow and see if the bubbles are still there. If so, i'll retighten all the fittings. Thanks for the help guys. smile.gif
