If the car was ordered with am fm stereo or am8track stereo or am fm 8track stereo do you automatically get 2 rear speakers? I can"t see anywhere on the build sheet showing rear speakers.

If your car came equipped with a stereo radio
you should have rear speakers. Under the right radio knob you have another adjuster that allows you to adjust the sound from front to back. Check to the right of the radio for a harness that runs under the carpet to the rear of car passenger side. I checked my build sheet and it shows nothing about rear speakers and I have a UM1 radio am & tape with rear speakers.

Rick is correct. All stereo equipment of that nature required 4 speakers to work properly. This is why AM/FM-stereo, AM/FM/8track, and AM/8's were not an option in El Caminos because there was no "rear" speaker locations.
