We found this cool video of a Hotchkis-equipped ’68 El Camino running the Midwest City Sheriff’s practice track. There is some colorful (not safe for work) language after the 2.00 minute mark. The car is powered by a 383 SBC, shifted by a 5-speed Tremec, runs 13s in the quarter mile, and burns up the road course too.

I believe that is Jose's (Usafquez on this forum) El Camino. Very nice work that sheriff's proving grounds is a great autocross area. Really allows for a mix of roadcourse and autox type courses. I have even seen configurations out there that allowed for a 100 mph straight for the faster cars. Lots of fun for sure!
