First of all, I've read many stories on TC about vendors/shops/companies with crappy Customer service.

Well, I just found one that has without a doubt, the best customer service of any company I've dealt with in years.

This one right here, Straub Technologies and I was talking with Chris. Five times in one day to be exact and not to mention, several emails.

Not only did he answer the phone (some places don't), he went above and beyond in his explanation of parts, what they do, what they can't do and gave me his personal opionion. I told him in an earlier email that I was no expert and he didn't mind answering each question I had...I HAD A BUNCH.

Needless to say, ST WILL be getting more of my business (not excluding today) in the future.

THANKS CHRIS.

Wally,
Thanks for the comments. You should have parts all over your living room.

Chris, the parts are to go straight to the Engine builder. My wife would KILL me if I had those parts sent here and scattered them across the living room. I did that before, after I first bought the Chevelle. I had the back bumper behind the couch, the new tires and wheels in the corner, head and taillight lenses under the coffee table, etc etc.

I'm going to call the guy in a few minutes to see if the parts came.

Thanks again and I look forward to putting the next order in soon.
