I would like some information from anyone who is running a blower on a 66 chevelle. I'm running a BDS 8-71 on a 427 in a 66 chevelle and I want to know how anyone else did the mounting for the alternator. Also if what linkage set up did they use going from the gas pedel rod coming thru the firewall to the linkage mounted on the blower base, thanks for any info

Think you will have better luck up in this forum. Don't recall any of the guys that hang in Electrical having a blower so I eliminated that post.

I do not have a supercharged big block, yet! However my brother runs a 6-71 supercharged 350 chevy. he uses a March alternator bracket, outward mount. They make many types for big blocks, see link below. http://www.marchperf.com/
He also uses a Lokar throttle cable, Which is made to attach to the BDS throttle linkage on the lower manifold.Hope this helps. http://www.kennysrodshop.com/main/Parts/Cables__Throttle/body_cables__throttle.html
