So, I am looking at the parts list to convert my rear axle to disc brakes. looking at rear rotors from '80 T/A and either '85 Caddy Seville rear calipers for e-brake or '85 camaro Front calipers for rear discs w/o e-brake. They reccomend the brackets from steeltech solutions. The brackets look like flat 3/16" or 1/4" flat stock. Does anyone have the template for these that those of us with access to plasma cutters and the like can cut out our own brackets? Money is super tight for my project and I like making my own stuff. Any one have a template? :D

BTW, I am not trying to copy SteelTech Solutions bracket. I was just saying a bracket for my brakes. The article I read suggested buying the brackets from SteelTech.

Why not use 02ish f-body backing plates, rotors and calipers?

I have Steeltech brackets on my 67 wagon. They do not have a way to adjust the calliper brackets to match the rotors. Right stuff makes a bracket that has shims to adjust the bracket to match with the rotor. When I had to change axels I had to sand down the pad where it wasn't tight on the rotor. Call right stuff and they can help with your project. Make sure you put Emergency brakes on your project. You will need it if you drive your car

2 things, the later F body stuff is mich better than those calipers with the integral park brake, as Stu mentioned. But if budget dictates using those Caddys, consider making a template out of plywood. Cheap, easy to work with, that's what I did for my front C5 conversion brackets, worked out slick.
