Hi all,

When changing a cam in a big block, can you change the cam with out having to drop the oil pan?
I also noticed that nobody makes a quick change cam cover for the big block chevy, only for the small block. Does anyone make a quick change cam cover for the big block?

Ya you can. I did on my 68 and all i did was remove intake, timing cover, and radiator to pull the cam all the way out. Youll have to remove the front two bolts on the oil pan to get the timing cover off.

I dont have one but Comp Cams makes a few, but their pricy.
