I had a minor quality issue with a UMI product.
I contacted them by email thru their website earlier this week explaining the problem.
A few exchanges of emails and including a couple pics of my issue happened over the next two days...
And today via FedEx arrives a BRAND new set of UMI brackets!!! :thumbsup:
Complete with new bolts.
No hassles...no B/S runarounds. Better yet, no cost to me.
Even had my shipping info on file.
