what fuel would be the bestto run, unleaded 85 octane, or super-unleaded 88 octane. It's my Lincoln Mark VII 5.0 HO.

just the 87 or wut ever low grade you got.i think it would be good enough. hows the tranny holding up, well i mean the lines? i just sold a set of equal lenght shorty headers to my buddy w/ the VII, he has punched out cats, and summit turbo mufflers, and no H-pipe. sounds awesome.

Is the Mark VII an LSC, if not, unless you replaced the engine, it isn't an HO.

It isen't a HO, but that dosen't matter. Just use 87 octane. It only has 9:1 compression. The exaust sounds best with stock mustang headers, stock H pipe and cats, and dual 2.5" the rest of the way, no mufflers. Amazingly good and mild sounding.

yes the LSC is the HO 302. its the same engine used in the thunderbirds and the mustangs, and cougars.

glass packs, will be ok i guss, but they are glass packs.

my friends sounds great, w/ mac shorty equal length headers, punched out cats, no Hpipe, and summit turbo mufflers, sounds almost like a stang.
