Hi guys and gals, Does anyone still make an l88 hood for 68 and 69 chevelle hoods? Trying to find one for my 68. Thanks

I have an original that has never been painted of installed for $350 right here in pa.

hi guys , just question : the stinger hood is functional ?

The L88 draws the High pressure air from the base of the windshield like the 70-72 cowl induction hoods. the stinger can be cut to get air to pass over as well as take it from the base of the windshield. The L88 style was offered on the Baldwin motion cars and thru them.

I have seen some where they set them up like the Corvette L88 hood where the air filter stays up in the hood and seals to the carb when the hood is closed
