Works great on my 8 second,10.5:1 compression, small block Chevy, drag radial car. I couldn't drive it on the street and run those times on a carburetor for sure!

EFI can greatly increase the drivability of a street car with a big cam over a carburetor. If the carb is close, peak HP won't change much, but overall performance can. Plus it has many other benefits, one big one is integrated datalogging.

If you have a turbo or supercharger, it is definately the way to go.

Make sure you have a good tuner and you will be good to go. Setting up a lap top programmable EFI system is tricky and someone who is familier with your system is worth the price.

I wouldn't say this is a plug and play. It does take some tuning and experience to get it going. I had problem after problem with mine but finally seems to be working as expected.

Make sure you check the wiring harness and all the connectors are secured into place. If you want a bit easier tuning the latest FW does the auto tune for you. I need to update mine to be able to do that.
