I am sure this gets posted all the time, but here goes...
If you were to do it all over again, what engine / power adder / trans / rear end combo is best for a 72 chevelle for these circumstances...
- want max HP possible from a crate motor
- auto trans (yes the wife wants to drive it)
- power added must be stay under hood, no nitrous. I would imagine somebody makes an under hood blower for a 454 or more?
- daily driver that will see track time
Also, does anyone have any pics of what I would consider a 'touring' Chevelle. That is, one with the newer rims, suspension, etc?
Thanks. I am considering the purchase of a 'roller' to start a project on. I know what I want, just not sure how to get there, or more importantly, how much it'll break the bank.
