Has anyone had to replace their O2 sensor? If so, did you buy one from FAST or did you get one from an auto parts store? If so, do you have a part number or vehicle?

what does the connector look like? post a pic of the end of the unplugged wire.

Which FAST system? If it is Gen1 you need it sent back to the factory so that the calibration resistor can be set.. it was an NGK sensor..

I don't know about Gen 2.

I got a used one off eBay for a spare. The FAST Gen 3 ones are Bosch units but not sure of the part number. FAST sells them for about $90.
