Nope, that's definitely not a 70, the 70 lighter should look just like your headlight knob, and radio knobs too. I believe that's a 72 lighter, but it will certainly work in your car. I like the 71/72 knobs better anyways....

Well sinced it was "donated" by a nauseatingly green 74 Vega wagon, nothing lost. It will at least make the dash look complete.
