Anyone know who in Dallas will do an excellent job installing a new top on my Chevelle? I am wanting to refurbish the frame and replace all the top material at the same time. I don't know who I can work with in the Dallas area to be sure I get a first-class job (I haven't taken anything apart yet).

Check with one of the high end sports car dealers. They would know where to go with a high dollar car for new top.
