Say, forward them to my gmail account so I can free up space?

I was a 9 year member but it has lapsed and I need to wait until I take a new job in a few weeks and settle some other bills.

Don't think you can do it to an e-mail account but you can select all of them and 'download as text' to be opened as a word document.
