Does any one happen to know the dimensions (hole spread) for the mounting bolts?

Overall outside dimenstions are 6 3/4 by 22 - 22 1/16
The 4 1/16 dimension was 4" even from the other end to the hole, so
this dimenstion could be 4" since the covers will go on either head.
