How street freindly is this setup for my 66 chevelle? I plan to drive this car on the street not down the 1/4 mile. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The specs:'68 motor .030 over, forged steel crank, lumpy cam, solid lifters, 11:1 compression, roller rockers,MSD set up,Holly torker intake and carb. Brand new Flowmaster exhaust all the way back and ceramic headers.

it can be done, but i will say to tame 11:1 you need a pretty large cam. large cams and street manners dont exactly come hand in hand.

what are the cam specs? what size carb are you using?

expect to do quite a bit of ignition/carb tuning(mainly initial timing and the idle circuit) and expect to go through plugs fairly quickly until you get the carb/timing right.
