I have a set of heads that were redone 2 years ago.Will I be able to just put them on when I am ready to? What I am trying to find out will any seals dry out for sitting so long?

How long do seals last "in the car"? Consider that "in the car" produces temperatures hot enough to bake muffins, too.

You will be fine in going with them as they are. Just lubricate the stems and springs well with the engine oil before you put fire to it.
