I just bought a used ZZ502 and plan to have it checked out.
I have called a few of the bigger crate motor retailers and have been unable to find a manual or tech sheet with the specs for clearance tolorances on a Gen.VI ZZ502.

Does anyone have specs available?

There probably isn't such a publication. All I received with my ZZ502 crate motor is a 9 page specification/instructions list with part #'s and torque specs. No clearances though....

Let me know if you don't have this paperwork and would like it...I can send you a copy.
