For an engine dolly/stand I would look for a harbour freight near you, or an automotive swapmeet. After I spent too much on mine I found them to be everywhere at the swapmeet. You might also check the local ads, around here its the recycler. For engine building tools check out Summit (http://www.Summitracing.com) , or PAW (http://www.pawinc.com/) . For a home magging setup Eastwood Tools (http://www.eastwoodtools.com) has one in there newest ad.
Best of Luck! graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Depending on your skills, and desire to save some bucks, why not build a dolly yourself? All you'll need is some round or square tube steel, some flat plate steel, and 4 small caster wheels. Caster wheels are available cheaply at many places local to you, or on-line at places like Northern Tool. Buy a friend who owns a welder a 6-pack, mock up the pieces for squareness, burn 'em in and shoot the finished product with rattle can paint.

I recently "copied" a set of these, http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=2091&prmenbr=361 (click on "View Product" for part #550-1020 at bottom) total cost ended up being around $25.00, and that was mostly from the cost of buying caster wheels.
