Wondering how the height of an air only Holley 4150 flange throttle body compares to a 4150 carb height.......Gotta decide on an intake and space is at a minimum right now.
I would think they are considerably shorter but anyone know how much?

Doug F. thank you for your info and time, and developing a outstanding product!

Dennis Moore, if you see this, nice talking with you today.....I forgot to ask you this. :D About the throttle body height.

After speaking with Dennis today I am sold on a Holley HP unit!
And if he gets his way, we'll be spraying it dry, running sequential with a dual sync distributor and with full timing control :D

Now, how will I stop myself from installing this on my own car instead of the pontiac it is to go on!

Brian, its about an inch shorter than a carb. It needs to be, cause the Holley intake sits so high!!

The one I have here is 2.5" to the air filter flange. And old Holley carb on the shelf is about 3.25"

I got exactly the same measurements as Tom; 3.25" for a Holley 780 3310-1, 2.50" on my Holley 2000cfm TB.
