: Whats the engine code for the 435HP tri power 427? Stikman33 Oct 20th, 03, 3:47 PM Hey guys, i forgot off the top of my head and i am trying to help him identify his car. It is in a 69 corvette that he restored a while ago, all matching numbers. I forget the engine code for this combination. It is an aluminum head 427 BBC with the tri power holley setup. Has the original air cleaner sticker stating it is the 435 HP version, is this the L88, L89...? Since this is a chevelle board and not a for sale ad, what do you guys think something like this would be worth, considering new paint, fresh rebuilt, more or less a full restoration, interior isn't brand new but it is very nice. I am not sure of the color, but 4spd and all that good stuff.
