AFR 195 if it'll be doing street duty. (the smaller runners should make more torque but will choke in the upper RPM)

AFR 220 (i think it's 220) for a race set up.(big runners breath better up high, but lose some low-end torque.)

There are a bunch of great heads out there...you just gotta choose one. AFRs are great, Brodix, Trick Flow, Edelbrock, Holley, World, Merlin, etc....

I like my Dart pro 1 215cc. I put more miles on the street than at the track with a best run of 6.8 with a little shot in the 1/8 mi.

I have a set of Brodix RR200's with CNC chamber coming. Flow like AFR 210's through .500".
Depends on how big a cam your running whether you want bigger or smaller.
Wolfplace has good prices on both brands.
He has competitive prices on Isky stuff too since you might go roller.

If you get a minor amount of porting, I think the Canfield's will out flow the AFR190's. Check Competition Products, I've seen ads for $750 bare for 195's. The site listed them as ea, so I ended up buying Brodix. Should've called first. :(
Or you can go with the Brodix RR200 cnc's but they cost more.

Since your a little low on the CR and the 195cc port, A UD/Luntati 276/284 SR would give you killer torque.
If you go with the bigger 210 port, then more cam would match. Like a 286/295 or similar.
A lot of the bigger ports don't come with the small chamber, so plan a head.
Some of the bigger heads come set up for a roller already though. I don't thnk the 195 does. At least not for $1275.
