I just purchased a 65 Malibu SS Convertible, no engine but it has the 327 emblems. In trying to decipher what the correct engine would be, I noticed it has the larger sized fuel lines (3/8 I think is the size, but definitely the large size). Does anyone know if that confirms anything like the higher horse 327 or not? It has a VIN of 138...

My ElCamino Custom, made in Fremont, Ca. has the 3/8" gas line and it came with a 300hp, powerglide, PS, PB, and A/C.
