i converted my 66 chevelle to disc brakes using parts from a 76 pontiac gran prix.i had a camber problem with the stock upper control arms so bought tubular ones from bmr fabrication. They did not correct the camber problem.I have to shim the upper arms in about 1/2 inch which leaves little room for adjustment with the big block in there.Anyone have any ideas of what ive done wrong?

So with the stock arms your camber was to neg? You bought longer arms to make them more positive and now your shimming 1/2" is all that what happened? Whats your camber set at now?

The spindles used are the tall design and do not work well with stock arms or tubular arms that are built to stock specs like BMR upper arms.

An offset control arm shaft, along with tall spindle swap tubular arms
