I have a chance to get a '95 454 and transmission cheap. How feasible is it to install in my '70 Malibu? The car had a 307 originally.
Should I install it as is? Or should I get rid of the fuel injection and put on a carb?
Any major problems involved in this swap?

I'd go with a carburetor,probably are peanut port heads,but thats fine for cruiser,other issues will be with the transmission,since they are computer controlled also,but I do believe that they make stand alone computers for the trans.
