i am starting to build my 383 stroker and i was wonder what intake to go with :confused: ? i was looking at the edelbrock torker II but i just don't know what to do. :confused:

What is the projected/desired power band?

I'm running a performer RPM on my 406 SB now.(Thanks Tom)really woke it up,but if it was a daily driver type you might want to go with a performer.

I vote for the Holley 300-36 or E-brock RPM.

My combo is as close to stock as I've seen. 355ci 8.3:1CR, 882s, 206/212 .420/.440 cam, 1 5/8 hearders, 600cfm Holley and an HEI. Swapped in a good used 300-36 for the GM q-jet, performer-looking intake, and I now have a MUCH more responsive engine and it feels like more power everywhere. Even idles smoother.

Should have timeslips thursday if it doesnt rain.

I've heard good things about the Weiand Stealth.
