I went to change my fuel pump the other day and the little slot where you stick the fuel pump in does not have any oil. My neighbor said that there should be oil in there and if I dont do anything about it I could have serious engine problems. :confused: :eek:

If it's oily you are fine. Their is a hole in the bottom of the cavity that drains the oil to the pan so it should not have a "pool of oil" it should just be "wet"
