Just got this pic from my brother the other month. He took this in 1980, a year after I purchased her. I drove it for 6 years until I couldn't afford to fill her up anymore. She's been parked outside (under a tarp) ever since. Good news is, I still own her and she still fires up!! Bad news is, the Florida weather got the best of her (cancer). I recently built her a home and am in the early stages of giving her a complete make over. I have pretty much bought every new piece of metal from bumper to bumper (3 yrs in progress). Working on setting up the shop and figuring out the space logistics right now for when the body comes off the frame.

I've really enjoyed doing all the research the past 3 years on this Forum and look forward to more as this project (passion, enjoyment, fun, learning experience) is about to become reality.
Stay Tuned !!!
The Resto thread will be coming in early spring 2011 !!!!
So close, yet so far away!!!

Thanks for everyone's ideas, motivation, experience, expertise and interest in Chevelles!!! I really do believe I can get her back healthy and looking like new.
