: Nitrous-plumbed aluminum spacer clearance?

I'm thinking of adding a nitrous-plumbed 1/2" aluminum spacer from NOSŪ on top of my manifold plenum stack. I need some answers, please:

1. The engine is a GMPP 502 HO with a Demon carb and an as-yet undetermined air cleaner. Will I run into hood clearance problems with a '68 SS396 hood and a common reproduction GM 375-horse air cleaner by adding the spacer?

2. I don't necessarily want to add nitrous yet, just have the nitrous-ready spacer in place for optional use later on. Is there an option to plug the nitrous/gas lines with the 'Cheater' NOSŪ kit? What's the best solution here?

3. I'd like to get one of the tiny 'baby bottle' nitrous bottles and place it anywhere but the trunk. What's a good spot for a small bottle inside a '68 SS396 Chevelle with buckets/console? I'm thinking under the passenger side dash. The car does not have A/C.
