I am in the process of re-building my carb (Holley 700cfm double pump 4150 #4778). I do not use the choke and don't plan to. Would it be worth while to remove the choke assembly and tower? Should I just remove the choke and leave the tower?

If I were to remove the tower - how is the best way to go about it? Dremmel tool? Hack saw? If I were to just remove the choke assembly - How do you get the choke butter fly out?
