Trying to discover what exactly I have.
I have some paperwork on a 350 rebuild that took place in 1987. The machine shop list this new cam
installed "Part No." - MGT
"Parts" - MTC-1 Cam
"List Price" - $122.39
After the rebuild, the motor was installed and then the car left to rest in storage. Now in my hands.
I need to figure out this 70 Malibu !

Going from memory (that could be way off), it sounds like a mellings torque cam...204/214@.050, 112lsa/107ica, .420/.443 lift. Same as the edelbrock performer cam.

That is exactly what it is. SAE dur is 278/288 but don't let the long SAE dur fool you. It is an RV type cam. I have one in my driver. It likes 1.6 rockers.
