I just bought a set of CPP upper and lower front control arms for my 70 A-body and was wondering if there is any weight difference in these from stock?

Honestly, I don't know for sure. They felt about the same to me. But I got their Stage 2 Pro-Touring Kit for my 71 Chevelle that came with front and rear tubulars, QA1 Coilovers for the front, and lowered springs for the rear. But I'll say this much, it's a fantastic kit, and my car looks and handles a LOT better!!!
