I would start by checking for voltage to solinoid at cranking position. check with a test light, have someone turn key to crank, and see if test light shows voltage, in park, emergency brake aplied, as per safty first... no voltage at all, prob. nuetral safty switch, some voltage, dim light, bat. or conections full voltage to starter and soliniod at start? prob. starter.. good luck.
