If you cant find them repoped NOS is an option if you can find them and if you do they will be very expensive.I used goodmarks and cut the sail panel off.Check out my thread.

I also have a hardtop and it sits side by side with my conv. They don't have the same type of curves on top that I see. Conv . is more flat on top of Quarter (it looks like that to me)

I know what your saying mine is the same way(flatter)and had to bend the quarter on the top body line after cutting off the sail panel and it was a perfect fit.Ive never had a 69 so I cant give you any advise if the same would work for you but you have the advantage of having both cars to compare. My car needed them bad and already had skins from a previous repair so I was gonna make them work no mater what and it worked out real good.

first off they dont make repop quarters for a 69 vert.if you find some nos ones you will pay a pretty penny.so you need to buy some hard top quarters or a pair off a donor car.i found a pair off craigslist and cut them down to fit.if i would do it over again i would go with repops unless you find the perfect donor pair.the donor pair i used needed more work then i liked when i stripped them down.
this is what i started with

here it is being fitted up to the car

this i what it looks like when i finished

there is more detailed pictures of how i cut the panel down, fit it and welded it to the car.if you search my folders.
one more thing about both convertible and hardtop quarters panels.they do have the same body line if you look close enough.if you follow the bulge on a hardtop quarter from the rear tail light extension, to the point at the top of the door jamb.you cut about 1" plus above the top of that bulge all along the length of the quarter from point to point.fit that up to the convertible and it will match up perfectly.now not to say you wont have to do some mods along the way but it will work out great.good luck
